Gerver has a very open and healthy state of mind which makes reading this book a pleasure. The three core principles underpinning Richard’s philosophy are communication, empowerment and impact. Those who can handle change are the most fulfilled. Each Story in itself beams with hope, inspiration and heart. His other books are explorations of human potential, leadership and success. It is only as we grow camboi that we often become richrad complacent and lazy and find it harder to admit that there are things we don’t know and therefore find it harder to learn.
